Online Returns/ Refund Policy

It's important to us at Crocodile Darwin that you are happy with your new purchase. We will work with you by providing another similar item or a refund if you are not happy with your purchase. Returns and exchange of products is your responsibility until we've received the item along with all associated cost

If there are any products that are out of stock, we will get in touch to offer other similar products before processing the order or where this can't be done, the order will be cancelled and payment refunded.

For exchanges, please include a paid postage parcel back to you in the same parcel of the returning product to avoid any delay in processing the exchange.
