Online Returns

It's important to us at Crocodile Darwin that you are happy with your new purchase. We will work with you by providing another similar item or a refund if you are not happy with your purchase. Returns and exchange of products are your responsibility until we've received the item along with all associated cost.

If there are any products that are out of stock, we will get in touch to offer other similar products before processing the order or where this can't be done, the order will be cancelled and payment refunded. 


Online Return Requirement

Please ensure the items you are returning meet the below requirements:

  • The item(s) should be returned unworn/ unused and in the condition received, with all tags and permits attached. 
  • On custom orders, due to the individual nature of Made to Order purchases, once your order has been placed, cancellations and amendments can not be accepted. These products are non-refundable. 
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.


For exchanges, please include a paid postage parcel back to us in the same parcel of the returning product to avoid any delay in processing the exchange. Also include a note on the exchange to avoid any confusion.
